The women of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Greater Knoxville Chapter are active professional and community leaders who work, invest, and reside within the city of Knoxville and surrounding counties. We value the amity, sisterly-bonds and networking opportunities the Coalition provides. We view the organization as a vehicle through which we can make valuable contributions to women of color, specifically, Black Women and their families.
NCBW Greater Knoxville Chapter uses the following criteria for consideration of prospective members:
1. Must be at least 25 years of age as of the date listed on their application
2. Must be of good moral character, outstanding ethical standards and integrity
3. Must reside within the Greater Knoxville area or surrounding counties (within 75-mile radius)
4. Must have documented and proven leadership skills
5. A commitment to purposeful advocacy and service with the community
6. Must have sponsorship from a member in of the NCBW Greater Knoxville Chapter who is in good standing.

Since 1970, through advocacy we work as change agents to influence policy that promotes gender equity in health, education and economic empowerment.
